In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Kenneth leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Kenneth may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Schaufenbuel and Alma Schaufenbuel (Weiling); and his brother-in-law Bob Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Linda Franzen of Chip's Ballroom; his siblings, Gladys Mitchell of Northfield, MN and Lloyd Schaufenbuel (Barb) of Solon, IA; and his sisters-in-law, Lorraine Armbrecht (Ray) of Fredericksburg, LeAnn Franzen of Lawler, Mary Franzen of Fredericksburg and Darlene Franzen of New Hampton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church (2940 IA-24, Lawler, IA 52154). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
