James Leibold Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Leibold of Lawler, Iowa, who passed away on September 26, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Leibold and Victoria Leibold (Kipp); his wife Marilyn; and his siblings, Don and Elverna Praska (Gerald).
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Bernadette Leibold; his stepchildren, Mary Burns (Dale Christensen), David Burns, Don Burns (Pam), Owen Burns and Ed Burns (Bridget); and his nieces and nephews, Ron Leibold (Laurie), Joellen Friedman (Gary), Michele Lensing (Steve), Lori Brannan (Jeff), Tami Bramow, Marie Robison (Dennis), John Praska, Tom Praska, Donna Praska and Diane Smith.
Memorials will be made in Jim's memory to the Lawler Firefighters Foundation, Our Lady of Mount Carmel, and other Lawler community nonprofits.
