She is survived by: her husband Jeff Jirak of Lawler, IA; her children, Craig Jirak of Cedar Falls, IA, Marty Jirak of Lawler, IA and Debbie Jirak of Denver, IA; her mother-in-law Edna Jirak of Lawler, IA; her siblings-in-law, Laura Otto (Austin) of Denison, IA and Chris (Andrea); and her nieces, Brandi Kirsch (Paul) of Manilla, IA, Kori Jirak of New Hampton, IA, Kelli Jirak of New Hampton, IA, Elsie Jenkinson of Denison, IA and Ryann Jenkinson of Denison, IA. She is also survived by her children and her husband.
