She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair Hosting and Ella Hosting (Goerend); her husband Don; and her siblings, Clair Hosting Jr. and Mary Jo Irgens.
She is survived by: her children, Ron Leibold (Laurie) of Lawler, Joellen Friedman (Gary) of DeWitt, Michele Lensing (Steve) of Fredericksburg, Lori Brannan (Jeff) of Oskaloosa, Tami Bramow of Lawler and Marie Robison (Dennis) of Troy, Illinois; her sister Sue Pollard of Boone, IA; and her siblings-in-law, Bernice Hosting of Fort Atkinson and Herb Irgens of Tennessee. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hugeback-Johnson Funeral Home and Crematory (101 W Main St, New Hampton, IA 50659). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church (2940 IA-24, Lawler, IA 52154).
