He is survived by: his mother Sherri Blazek (Barnett) of New Hampton; his children, Destiny of Denver, Colorado, Anthony, Liam of Lawler and March; his fiancé Supriya Jha of Lawler; his sisters, Kristy Hopes (Blazek) of Mason City and Kathleen Bonthius (Kevin) of Edina, Minnesota; and his nieces, Andrea, Michaela, Rebecca, Emma and Alexandra. He is also survived by many loving cousins, aunts and uncles.
