She was predeceased by: her parents, Viola Leona Blake (Faulkner) and Charles Samuel Blake; her sister Karen Kay Baumunk; her aunt LaVonne A. Faulker; her parents-in-law, Norrene Ruby Perkins and John Arthur Perkins; and her great-nephew Steven Schmidt.

She is survived by: her husband Larry John Perkins of Laurens; her children, Fred Perkins (Devona) of Emmetsburg, IA, Greg Perkins (Julie) of Carroll, IA and Molly Seaboch (Chris) of Nevada, IA; and her grandchildren, Emma, Mary, Elizabeth, Theodore, Charles and Katelyn.
