He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Cowan of Milan, IL; his children, Spencer Cowan (Jill) of Chaska, MN, Dirk Cowan (Anne Pearce) of Lagoona Beach, CA, Nicole Kissner (Terry) of Milan, IL and Clinton Cowan (Heather) of Frisco, TX; and his sister Janet Carlson of Laurens. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
