He is survived by: his mother Shirley Burnett (Lusk); his wife Jayne Eileen Black; his stepchildren, Tina Cohoon (Terry) of Little Rock and Troy Pedersen of Sioux Rapids; his siblings, Robert Burnett of Springfield, OR and Leanne Butterfield of Drain, OR; his nephew Jason Burnett of Eugene, OR; and his nieces, Latasha Williams-Lemon of Yoncalla, OR and Tiffany Johnson of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by 5 step-grandchildren; 4 step-great-grandchildren; 5 great-nephews, 3 great-nieces, 3 great-great-nephews and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
