He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Otto and Ruth Otto (Roberts). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Widrick (Perkins); and his children, Michele Mattox (David) of Beaufort, SC, Ruth Dilts (Chuck) of Culver, IN, Kelly Bittle of Laurens and Christopher Otto of Culver, IN. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; 5 brothers; 2 sisters and many nieces and nephews.
