She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Hetrick and Gertrude Hetrick (Devereaux); and her brother Craig Hetrick. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Eric Gehrig (Nura Patani) of Chandler, AZ, Amy Wahrman (Chad) of Weatherford, TX and Stephanie DaSilva (David Peterson) of Aurelia; and her sister Pam Miller (Les) of Laurens. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
