She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Kruckman and Rachel Kruckman (Burdette); her husband Arlen; and her grandson Matt Beekman. She is survived by: her great grandchild Alex; her children, Cindy Beekman (Greg) of Humboldt, Greg Garton of Sioux City and Jeff Garton (Sondra) of Council Bluffs; her grandchildren, Theresa, Kyle, Sara, Chris, Brittany and Evan; her great grandchild Alexander; and her brother Alan Kruckman (Jewel) of Albert City.
