She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Carl Geiger and Sylvia Mae Geiger (Hagedon); her husband Arthur Miles Olson; and her sister Thelma Schewe. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Olson (Susan) of Des Moines, IA and Linda Bieri (Sheldon) of Laurens; and her grandchildren, Deanna Samuelson, Julie Samuelson, Anton Olson, Linnea Dolan, Elise Patzke, Laura Beth Latham and Case Bieri.
Bertha's family request that memorials be made in her name to Bethany Lutheran Church.
