She was predeceased by: her parents, Orval Minor and Elsie Minor (Kallem); and her sister Karen Franklin. She is survived by: her sons, Brent Williams (Trisha), Kirk Williams (Kristy), Jim Williams, Bob Needs and Steven Needs; her grandchildren, Tanner, Aaron, Lane Williams, Taija Rodriguez, Levi, Kenna, Austin, Jenna Williams, Victoria Kooima, Chase Needs, Isaac White, Adrian Needs and Jocelyn Needs; and her sister LeAnn Stevens. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to either CIRSI or the family for a later designation.
