He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Runner and Ruby Runner (Zesch); his siblings, Floyd Arthur and Esther Ruby; and his wife Ferne.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deanna (Roger Brackhan) and Laurie (Gary Vocasek); his grandchildren, Angela, Robert Kutz, Michael Brackhan, Ryan Brackhan (Renae), David Brackhan, Stacey, Ryan Birkett, Nicole and Brian Zelenka; his nephews, Brian Runner (LaDonna) and Bruce Runner (Pat); his niece Karen Sleeuwenhoek (Dirk); and his cousin Stephen Runner (Rhonda). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
