She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Carl and Ethel Carl (Gardner); her husband Harlan Huffaker; her sons, David Huffaker (Michelle) of Baxter and Stewart Huffaker (Heike) of Linden, Wisconsin; her granddaughter Kristine Huffaker; her brother Bruce Carl (Margaret) of North Pole, Alaska; her brother-in-law Dale Minde of Holton; and her sisters, Cassandra "Stormy" Minde and Patricia. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed in Barb's name to the Marshalltown Animal Rescue League or your local Humane Society.
