He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Grummer and Mildred Grummer (Immermann); his brother Larry Grummer; and his brother-in-law Rev. Albert Buelow. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Grummer of Latimer; his children, Ryan Grummer (Lori) of Garner and Shelly Juhl (Deon) of Latimer; his grandchildren, Nick Grummer, Derek Juhl (Allison), Parker Juhl, Trey Grummer and Ella Grummer; his great grandchildren, Matthew and Lydia Juhl; his sisters, Karen Buelow and Kay Sheppard (Gary) of Hampton; and his siblings-in-law, Jan Grummer of Ventura and Charles Deam (Holly) of Springville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St Paul's Lutheran Church (304 Main St, Latimer, IA 50452). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (304 Main St, Latimer, IA 50452).
