It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman R. Allen Sr. of Latimer, Iowa, who passed away on April 18, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Allen and Margaret Allen (Porter); his granddaughter Penny; and his siblings, Eugene, Ron, Frank, Elaine, Thelma, Brenda and Linda.
He is survived by: his significant other Winnifred "Winnie" Allen (Steburg); his children, Norma Allen (Tracy Morton), Lucille Mortenson (Rick), Teresa Allen, Lea Beaumier (Rick), Norman, Annette Pralle (Alan) and Melissa Hillman (Dave); and his siblings, Jennet Hiles, Mary Hiller (John) and Paul Allen (Jackie). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, thirty-two great-grandchildren and three great great-grandchildren.
