She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Roberts and Irene Roberts (Anderson); her former husband Ray Harkema; her daughters, Carol Hunter and Sue Johansen; her brothers, Ed and Fred Roberts; and her son-in-law Gary Stratmann.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald Johansen; her children, Dave Johansen (Karolyn) of Latimer, Jan Stratmann of Garner and John Johansen (Brenda) of Hampton; her grandchildren, Kristin Schott, Leslie Johansen (Gavin), Jacob Johansen (Molly), Josh Stratmann (Crystal), Trevor Stratmann (Jessie), Amanda Rodemeyer (Joel), Jessica Sheely, Shawn Johansen, Shelby McReynolds (Stephen) and Cassie Smith (Michael); and her sister-in-law Carol Roberts of California. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Morgan Methodist Church in Dows or MercyOne North Iowa Hospice.
