She was predeceased by: her parents, August Friesleben and Lydia Friesleben (Schermer); her husband Duane Nielsen; and her brother Donovan Friesleben. She is survived by: her children, Jill Schaefer (Lee) of Beeds Lake and Joel Nielsen (Sharon) of Champions Gate, Florida; her sister Judy Conrad (James) of Iowa Falls; her grandchildren, Deidre Sproston (Matt), Shelby Schaefer, Kelly Nielsen, Kasey Havekost (Austin) and Kory Deats (Peyton); and her great grandchildren, Briar and Baker Sproston. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
