We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2020, at the age of 98, Rita Marie Lewis of Larchwood, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Lewis; her parents, Clarence Ripperda and Ann Ripperda (Clercx); her sisters, Dorothy and Clarice Ripperda; her son Alan Robert Lewis; her son-in-law Randy Childress; her great grandchild Knox Thomas Lewis; and her stepgranddaughter Tara Nagel.
She is survived by: her sister Joan; her brother-in-law Lyle Grotewold; her grandchildren, Tracy (Childress), Christy (Childress), Seth Bahnson, Jeremy, Jamee Childress, Brady, Jodi Childress and Alan; her great grandchildren, Jeff and Alexa Lewis of Gretna, NE; her grandchildren, Jared Lewis and Indira Lorick of Cambridge, MN.; and her great grandchildren, Jordyn, Jackson, Kennedy, Reese Kramer (Tracy), Andraya, Ben, Ryan, Nolan Bahnson (Christy), Randi, Bryson, Kyler, Kacen Childress (Jeremy), Isabelle, Aleks, Jax, Eliza Lewis (Jeff), Micah, Haley, Zach and Gavin Childress (Brady).
