It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Ter Wee of Larchwood, Iowa, born in Hudson, South Dakota, who passed away on January 23, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Leola Johnson (Hagen) and Marvin Johnson; and her husband Peter Ter Wee. She is survived by: her children, Dan, Joni DeBruin (Mark) of Larchwood, IA, Kristi Ter Wee of Sioux Falls, SD and Sara DeSmet (Jim) of Larchwood, IA; her grandchildren, Derek, Laura, Joel, Paul Ter Wee, Joshua, Andrew G. Ter Wee, Jordan and Carson DeSmet; her great grandchildren, Lilly, Luna, Brooks and Ivy Jo; her sister Connie; and her close friend Butch Roemen. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
Social distancing guidelines will be followed at the church.
The family requests memorials directed to Our Savior's Lutheran Church or the American Cancer Society.
