With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Stensland of Larchwood, Iowa, who passed away on March 29, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Gildemeister and Anna Gildemeister (Kahrs); her husband Marlo Stensland; her siblings, Heine, Helmuth, Gunther, Harvey, Elfreida and Margaret; and her sons-in-law, Ralph VanDenHul and David Snyders.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barb Maurer (Jerry) of Larchwood, Nancy Eiesland (Don) of Larchwood and Elaine Snyders of Larchwood; her sister Helen Van Liere; and her brother-in-law Art Stensland. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
