She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hansen and Louise Hansen (Braastad); her husband Don Ripperda; and her siblings, Elroy Hansen, Ladonna Fay, Doris Kugler and Clarice Pearson.
She is survived by: her son Bradley Ripperda of Larchwood, IA; and her brother Leon Hansen of Beresford, SD. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Calendar Peace Lutheran Church (902 S Carroll St, Rock Rapids, IA 51246). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
