She is survived by: her children, Deb De Boer (Mark) of Storm Lake, IA, David De Smet (Sherry) of Larchwood, IA, Wayne De Smet of Arvada, CO, Carolyn Weiss (Mitch) of Mason, Pam Morris (David) of Arvada, CO, Sharon Wiese (Terry) of Ellsworth, IA, Tony De Smet (Jodi) of Larchwood, IA and Joe De Smet of Rock Valley, IA; her daughter-in-law Joan De Smet of Brandon, SD; and her husband Alvin De Smet. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
