He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Larsen and Della Larsen (Butcher); his brother Donald Larsen; and his brother-in-law Larry Jayne. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Pittman; his children, Kris Slifka (T. J.) of Lime Springs and Eric Larsen (Angie) of Ankeny; his grandchildren, Nicole Lucas (Sean), Brandon Larsen, Connor and Matthew Slifka; his siblings, Lou Ann Jayne of Marion, Lee Larsen (Barb) of Cedar Falls and Stan Larsen (Chris) of Waverly; and his brother-in-law Jeff Espinosa (Sue) of Ankeny.
Attendees are asked to bring and wear a face mask.
