He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Ewing and Charlene Ewing (Webster); and his brothers, Wesley Ewing and Don Grady. He is survived by: his former wife Karen Kruger; his wife Joan Ewing of Lansing; his children, Steven Ewing of Lansing, Dawn Ewing of Lansing and Deneen Reiser (Dean) of Lansing; his stepchildren, Chad Opfer (Kim) of Gunder and Cindy Heffern (Jack) of Harpers Ferry; and his sisters, Denise Ribby of Toledo, IA, Dixie Nyhiem (Ron) of Marshalltown, IA and Jackie Buchanan (Chuck) of Neenah, WI.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren, five step-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren.
