He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Winker and Myrtle Winker (Frazier); his brothers, Bill Winker (Diane) of Loveland, CO, Ricky Winker (Julie) of Benson, AZ and Rodney Winker (Rene) of Sac City, IA; his wife Donna Winker; and his brother Ronnie.
He is survived by: his sons, Rex Winker (Zacharina) of Churdan, IA and Kevin Winker of Lanesboro, IA; his grandchildren, Emily Winker of Lake City, IA and Hunter Winker of Lanesboro, IA; and his sisters, Marilyn DeSart of Lanesboro, IA, Karen Wiggs (Bob) of Milford, IA, Kathy Tech of Denison, IA, Diane Allen (Lon) of Emmetsburg, IA and Jolene George (Joe) of Coon Rapids, IA.
