He is survived by: his sons, Matthew J. Wooden (Rachel Novak) and Michael T. Wooden; his grandchildren, Tyler, Steven, Alex and Zach; and his siblings, Roxanne Kadrlik (Tom) and Cinthia Ulrich (Greg). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
