She was predeceased by: her parents, Milford Axe and Edith Axe (Piersol); her husband Dick Subbert; her in-laws, Rudolf and Helen Subbert; and her siblings, Don Axe (Yvonne), Jean Kopke (Bob) and Susan Gosch (Roger).

She is survived by: her children, Chris Subbert (Erika), Kelly Addison (Brad) and Kevin Subbert (Michelle); her grandchildren, Corey Bluml (Abby), Bailey Schroeder (Ben), Samantha Houchens (Hunter), Dylan Addison (Cassidy), Trey Subbert, Mackenzie Brown (Marvin), Hallie Subbert, Abigail Subbert, Courtnee Subbert, Kailyn Subbert and Tylar Subbert; and her great grandchildren, Brody Schroeder, Kayson Schroeder, Leo Bluml, Avery Schroeder, Bruce Bluml and Myla Addison. She is also survived by several extended family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lampe & Powers Funeral Home (418 N Hancock St, Lake City, IA 51449). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Lanesboro United Methodist Church (202 3rd St, Lake City, IA 51451). A burial was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at the Lanesboro Cemetery.
