He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Brant and Loretta Brant (Carstens); his wife Diane Eischeid; and his brother Larry Brant. He is survived by: his siblings, Marlene Remsburg (Randy) of Audubon, Ron Brant (Carol) of Glidden, Karen Henning (Otis) of Prairie City, IA and Phil "Butch" Brant (Susie) of Glidden. He is also survived by many other extended family members including 13 nieces and nephews.
