She is survived by: her husband Duane Fountain of Albany, MO; her son Austin Fountain of Bethany, MO; and her sisters, Juanita Jincks of Bethany, MO and Debra Ann Cline (Buster) of Bethany, MO. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
