He is survived by: his former wife Cindy Lee Jensen; his children, Tyler Morris, Thiera Smith (Angus Fung) of Chicago, Keston Smith (Simone) of New York City and Thoric Smith (Sarah) of Independence, Missouri; his grandsons, Landon, Bryson, Owen and Aiden; and his siblings, Alan (Valle Smith), Ron (Di Smith), Karen (David Bates) and Doug (Judi Smith). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
