He is survived by: his mother Mary Moore; his daughter Natalie; his wife Sarah Kearney Howell; his daughter Meredith; his father Frank Howell (Paula); his sisters, Elizabeth Howell and Laura Howell; his half-brother Ricky Howell; his niece Adrienne Howell; his brothers-in-law, Drew Stage and Michael Kearney (Amber); his niece Hazel; his nephew Lane; and his parents-in-law, Sandy Koch (Dave) and Paul Kearney (Ellen).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a scholarship fund for students at Graceland University or Central Decatur High School.
