He is survived by: his former wife Kathy Brinks; his sons, Matthew (Sarah Waterstone), Kyle (Ashley Waterstone) and Mark (Samantha Waterstone); his wife Tanya Waterstone of Lamoni, Iowa; his grandchildren, Willem, Bram, Simon, Winn and Hazel; and his sisters, Lisa Morrison of Greensboro and Pam Waterstone of San Anselmo, California. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
