He is survived by: his siblings, Pat Gatrel of Indianola, Iowa, Dean Hardin of Longmont, Gary Hardin (Charlotte) of Indianola and Jim Hardin of Tucson, Arizona; his children, Deanna Klein of Phoenix, Diane, Ken Hursey of Shawnee, Don Hardin Jr. of Hartford, Dale, Joyce Hardin of New Braunfels and Darin Hardin of Pueblo, Colorado; and his stepdaughters, Sherry Ballard and Sue Konfrst. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren, numerous step grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
