He is survived by: his parents, Albert Kahler and Mary Kahler (Kennedy); his daughters, Shaunna Maxwell (Kevin) of Des Moines, Courtney Exline (Nathan) of Des Moines and Kendall Kahler of Buffalo Center; the mother of his child Annette Kahler of Buffalo Center; his granddaughter Stella Maxwell; and his siblings, Deb Homan (Jerry) of Fairmont, MN, Mike Kahler (Delta) of Titonka, Tom Kahler of Bancroft and Pat Kahler (Amy) of Lakota. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
