Caleb Flicek Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Caleb Flicek (Lakota, Iowa), who passed away on November 21, 2019, at the age of 15, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Angela Marie MacIntosh and Ruben Garcia; and his great-grandparents, Bernard Carey, Kenneth Anthony Folken and Beatrice E. Folken.
He is survived by: his parents, Kendra Rose MacIntosh and Michael C. Flicek; his sisters, Ariella MacIntosh of Lakota, Amelia Perez of Lakota, Alayna Perez of Lakota and Mikayla Flicek of Cabazon, California; his grandfather Candis of Mapleview, Minnesota; his great-grandparent Gayle Carey of Austin, Minnesota; his grandparents, Mary Carey of Austin, Minnesota and Michael W. Flicek of Austin, Minnesota; his aunts, Amber MacIntosh, Julia Rembao and Trisha Kester; and his uncle Ian MacIntosh. He is also survived by many cousins, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
