Virginia R. Harman Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Virginia R. Harman of Lake View, Iowa, born in Algona, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 7, 2025 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Phyllis Davis, Shirley Barnard, Dean Larson and Gary "Gus" Larson; and her daughter-in-law Jackie Harman (Brown).

She is survived by: her husband Larry L. Harman; her children, Kelly Harman-Severson (Keith), Katie Severson (Rob Lever), Megan Severson, Olivia Wyat-Yerka (Tom), David Severson, Brett Harman (Lisa), Ben Harman (Shelby), Maddison Harman, Jacob Harman, Alison Harman, Ryan Harman (Deedra), BreAnn Harman, Drake Harman (Jordyn) and Cooper Harman; her great grandchildren, Matthew, Mae Lever, Gabriel, Nora Harman, Ridge, Ivory and Royce Harman; her siblings, Hazel Anderson, Sharon Crabb and Carl Larson; and her close friends, Marni, Ryli and Ashton.

Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Peace Lutheran Church (406 Stuart St, Wall Lake, IA 51466). A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

IN LIEU OF FLOWERS the family requests memorials be sent in Virginia's name to the Loring Hospital Foundation, 211 Highland Avenue, Sac City, IA 50583.
