He is survived by: his parents, Gerald Siplon and Paula Siplon (Swanson) of Lake View, IA; his brothers, Randy Siplon of Carroll, IA and Ryan Siplon of Chicago, IL; his uncle Jim Siplon (Brigitte); and his pet Odie. He is also survived by many cousins, other extended family members and friends.
