He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Kelly and Elizabeth Kelly (McCoy); and his brother Billy. He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Shelp; his wife Pat Kelly (Shelp) of Lake View; his daughters, Stephanie Bush (Tobin) of Waukee, Sheila Kelly (Darrin Janning) of Carroll and Stacy Andersen (Chase) of Arcadia; his grandchildren, Tyler Kelly, Ethan, Lilly Fitzsenry, Emmie Janning, Nile, Ellie Bush, Bryant and Hartley Andersen; and his brothers, Joe Kelly (Linda) of Sioux Falls, SD, Tom Kelly (Mary) of Port Charlotte, Pat Kelly (Kim) of Des Moines and Mike Kelly (Lyla) of Des Moines.
