He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Neitzke and Freda Neitzke (Roseke); his parents-in-law, Frank and Solvy Pemble; and his brothers, Alan (Dee) and Dean Neitzke.
He is survived by: his wife Karen (Pemble) of Lake View, IA; his children, Tierny Rutt (Tom) of Spencer, IA, David Neitzke of Des Moines, IA and Diane Richards (Paul) of Des Moines, IA; his grandchildren, Eric, Sarah Rutt, William and Elise Richards; and his sister-in-law Sharon Neitzke.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to the Howard Center or St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Sac City, IA.
