He is survived by: his wife Dixie Earhart; his children, Renee Crouse of Wall Lake, IA, Jodi Seufert (Joe) of Carroll, Todd Crouse (Teresa) of Lake View and Julie Pruitt (Jeff) of Breda; his grandchildren, Marni Cherkas (Terry), Jessi Wessling (Adam), Sarah Bober (Chris), Josh Crouse (Kenessa), Zach Monahan (Andrea), Niki Monahan (Sam), Joel Daniel (Tammy), Megan Butler, Kiersten Seufert and Jace Pruitt; his siblings, Jean Watt (Monte) of Cape Coral, FL, Larry Crouse (Rose) of Burke, SD, Ken Crouse (Shari) of Panora, IA and Jeff Crouse of Lake View; and his sister-in-law Pamela Stieren of Lodi, WI. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
