She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Klenk and Shirley Bradwell (Richard); her daughter Rachel Glissmann (Thompson); her parents-in-law, Mervin and Harriet Thompson; her brother John Robert Klenk; and her brother-in-law Paul Shuman.
She is survived by: her husband Bryan Thompson of Lake View, IA; her children, Andrea Koch (Jeremiah) of Schaller, IA, Taylor Thompson (Sarah) of Sac City, IA and Nichole Riffey (Benjamin) of Nevada, IA; her son-in-law John Glissmann; her grandchildren, Ella Bussell, Lyric Bussell, Austin Thompson, Evin Wolff, Marleigh Banks, Zaylynn Lawler, Parker, Hayden, Connor Glissmann, Piper, Marina Thompson, Everett and Arlo Riffey; and her siblings, Verlan Klenk (Claudia), Michael Klenk (Rachel), Teresa McFarlane, Laina Shuman, Coreena Klenk and DeeDee Auen (Robert). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other extended family members, and friends.
The family will be directing memorial donations in Eva's memory to Camp Courageous in Monticello, IA.
