He is survived by: his wife Joni Heun of Lake View, IA; his children, Mitchell Heun (Victoria) of Madison Lake, MN and Lori Lochray (Stephen) of Ames, IA; his grandchildren, Kate Lochray, Macie Lochray and Travis Burt; his brother Tom Heun (Jane) of Jefferson, IA; his siblings-in-law, Lana Geary (Bill) of Carroll, IA, Shirley Walrod (Ron) of Boone, IA and Lynn Sanders (Carolyn) of California; his nephews, Adam Heun (Alicia) of Jefferson, IA and Daniel (Rebecca Brei) of Sioux City, IA; and his niece Anne Frankl (Joe) of Waukee, IA. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
