He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Wellington and Glenrose Wellington; and his nephew Chris Connell. He is survived by: his wife Annette Wellington of Sac City, IA; his sons, Adam Wellington (Leslie) of Japan, Ben Wellington (Kara) of Sac City, IA and Cody Wellington (Katelyn Sikkema) of Sac City, IA; his grandchildren, Evan, Adeline, Vincent Wellington and Sawyer Wellington; and his siblings, David Wellington (Charlotte) of Cody, WY, Jan Connell (Bill) of Mesa, AZ and Nancy Full (Steve) of Norfolk, NE.
