He is survived by: his wife Vicky Jean Nordholm of Lake View, IA; his daughter Crystal Hall (DJ Pratt) of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, Briella Hall, Parker Pratt and Mila Pratt; his brothers, Mike Fagerland of Nevada, IA, Jerry Fagerland (Lin) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Denny Fagerland of Sarasota, FL; his mother-in-law Phyllis Nordholm of Boone, IA; and his brothers-in-law, Tim Nordholm (Gail) of Ankeny, IA, Mark Nordhold (Gwen) of Maxwell, IA and Troy Nordholm (Sheri) of Boone, IA.
