She is survived by: her son Rick Nelson of Lake View, IA; her stepchildren, Scott Hanke (Lisa) of Carroll, IA, Jeff Hanke of Lake View, IA and Jodi Brady of Omaha, NE; and her grandchildren, Jessica, Brooke, Paige, Joshua, Jamie and Jill. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and other extended family members and friends.
