She is survived by: her children, Deborah Plum of Cedar Falls, IA, Linda Hartley (Tom) of Wagner, SD, Cindy Penning of Rapid City, SD, Jane Williams of Sac City, IA, Christine Tschumper of Huron, SD, Heidi Powers (Jerome) of Wagner, SD, Cheryl Penning of Fort Dodge, IA, Connie Onakoya of Waterloo, IA and Shane Penning of Sioux City, IA; her son-in-law Todd Vogt of Armour, SD; and her brother Charles Neswick (Penny) of Sioux City, IA. She is also survived by 36 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
