He is survived by: his wife Sandie Campbell (Mizer) of Lake View, IA; his daughter Nicole Campbell of Carroll, IA; his siblings, Charlotte Thorn of Carroll, IA and Bob Campbell of Holstein, IA; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Klindt of Sac City, IA and Linda Campbell of Lukin, TX. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
