He is survived by: his mother Lucinda Matthiesen (Mike); his son Braydan Perkins; his wife Amanda Delaney; his son Bryce (Kilyn); his brother Kevin Perkins (Jen); his stepbrother Chad Matthiesen (Rebecca); his stepmother Kathy Perkins; his stepbrother Shon Gembler (Missy); his in-laws, Doug, Kris Delaney, Jennifer Dau (Grant) and Daniel Delaney (Ashley); and his aunt Alice Von Holdt. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
